WOOHOO! Sunny weekend for us Vancouverites – just want to wish everyone a happy happy weekend. Just started off my Saturday morning with a early zumba class, and then a short walk with my hubby and milo.
Finished doing some work emails, working on a special project that has nothing to do with food or makeup. GASP.
Hope to get a few more posts squeezed in over this weekend while working still. I don’t know how bloggers keep up with a full time job and blogging on a regular basis.
Stay tune for my food experiences at:
- Sushi Shelter (dinner this time)
- The Fish House, Stanley Park
OOOOOOooooOOOOoooo. And I have discovered some amazing cereal – it’s called…

Seriously – we need to start being healthy. Not saying don’t eat Macdonalds or junk food EVER. But everyday, ask yourself if you have done something healthy for your body physically and mentally. It’s really sad when I reflect on the general population and those around me, and how I think alot of their symptoms and pains could be solved if they had incorporated some sort of healthy eating and exercise into their daily life. At my fitness studio that I have been going for half a year now… I saw something that blew me away.
Exercise is only 4 % of your day. WTF?! 4% ….
okay. fine. let’s say we need to exercise after so it does take up more time…so like what. 6% ?!
Stop the excuses! Wake up even just 20 minutes earlier to squeeze in those squats or jumping jacks! And i have decided, my weekends will not be for sleeping in anymore either. Going to start the day early with some sort of exercise. Join me won’t you? 🙂
