Chicken Wings – 16 pieces
Mayonnaise – just enough to mildly coat the wings
Ponzu – 3 tablespoon
Leek – 1
Garlic – 5 cloves
Pinch of salt
Big pinch of pepper
- Put it in a plastic bag and mix mayonaisse, ponzu, salt, and pepper. Massage leek and garlic in the bag and marinate for a few hours (or overnight).
- Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes – careful it doesn’t burn!
Really liked this recipe mainly because its easy and tasty! The original recipe says to grill it, but turns out pretty juicy when baked too. Will be making this as an alternative for chicken wings ! Gotta love em wings 🙂
